HOW TO TRAIN YOUR HAIR BEFORE USEAGE OF THIS PRODUCT!!! 
Wash hair one day/night then don’t wash for another 3 days, do this step for 2 weeks then start using these bars. Get the bars wet and rub onto your hands and scrub. You have to get the bad oils from store bought products and put new good oils in!
